Shipping Policy

At Wear Mela, we are committed to delivering the highest quality sleep tools to our global community. Because we maintain low production volumes to ensure artisanal quality, our shipping process is designed for precision and reliability.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders worldwide. There are no minimum spend requirements; the price you see on the product page is the final price for delivery to your door.

2. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

To provide a seamless experience, Wear Mela operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • We take full responsibility for all import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees.

  • Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon the arrival of their package.

3. Processing and Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 24 business hours.

  • Quality Control: Due to our low-stock production model, during periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take up to 72 hours. We prioritize the integrity of the fabric and components over rushed fulfillment.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed to our carrier. If you have not received tracking information after 72 hours, please contact help@wearmela.co.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit times are:

  • USA & Canada: 5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7+ business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimates based on average transit times. External factors such as customs inspections or extreme weather may occasionally cause delays.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with DHL for all international transit to ensure speed and security. Final "last-mile" delivery is handled by our trusted local partners:

  • USA: GOFO

  • UK: Royal Mail

  • Europe: Local National Postal Carriers (e.g., La Poste, Deutsche Post, CTT, etc.)

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Wear Mela is responsible for your order until it is marked as "Delivered" by the local carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at help@wearmela.co within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Wear Mela is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
