The 90-Night Risk-Free Trial

We believe in the science behind the Mela Bundle. We want you to experience the full impact on your sleep and recovery, which is why we offer a 90-Night Risk-Free Trial.

If you have used the Mela Bundle for 90 nights and haven’t felt a measurable difference in your rest, we will issue a full refund.

  • Note: To qualify for a performance-based refund, we ask that you provide sleep data (from a wearable or sleep app) showing the lack of change so we can better understand your experience.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because we produce in low units to ensure artisanal quality, our inventory is reserved for those truly committed to improving their recovery. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. We do, however, offer full refunds for:

  1. Manufacturing defects upon arrival.

  2. The 90-Night Trial (if no improvement in sleep/recovery is felt).

What is the condition for a full refund?

To receive a 100% refund, the entire Mela Bundle must be returned in perfect, new condition.

  • If the glasses are in perfect condition but the rest of the bundle has been used/worn, we can only issue a 50% partial refund.

How much does return shipping cost?

  • Inside the USA: Returns are Free. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Outside the USA: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?

Since the Mela Bundle is designed as One Size, we do not offer size exchanges. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at help@wearmela.co for a replacement.
