How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is on us. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every single order, no matter where you are located.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
No. We take care of all duties and taxes on our end. The price you see at checkout is the final price—you won’t have to worry about any surprise fees or "pay-on-delivery" charges.
What are the estimated delivery times?
After our 24-hour processing window, here is when you can expect your order:

How do you ship my order?
We use DHL for the international portion of the journey. Once it arrives in your country, it is handed over to a local courier for final delivery:

I haven’t received a tracking number yet. Is there a problem?
If it has been more than 72 hours since you placed your order and you haven’t received a tracking link, it’s likely due to high demand. Please contact us at help@wearmela.co and we will find a solution for you immediately.
Why does my order take a few days to process?
